The
Association is gearing up for forthcoming Biennial conference to be held on 13th
& 14th Dec-2014 at Bengaluru.
The Theme of the Conference is “Dispensation Of Justice - Qualitative,
responsive & timely” During the course of two days Conference, one of the business session scheduled is ‘In-house discussion- problems and solutions’ The said session is proposed as a progressive
endeavour of the Association mainly to focus on range of problems being faced
by the judicial officers in the course of discharging official duties and to
find solution on discussion during the above said Business session. In this
regard, the Association further propose to gather diverse problems being faced
by the judicial officers of the State in day to day affairs and to place it
before Grievance Sub-Committee of the Association which will collate the same
depending upon the similar and dissimilar problems and based upon range of
difficulties which require attention and solution. Thereafter same will be
placed before the Chairperson and panel members of the above Business session (consisting of
Hon'ble Registrar General as a Chairperson and other Hon'ble Registrars as a
panellists) in advance.
So that the discussion to take place in the session with limited duration would
be more interactive, productive and solution based.
Hence all the officers of the State are here
by requested to send their problems/grievances faced in day to day affairs
through their unit heads to reach us on or before 25th November
2014. Same time all the respected Unit Heads/Principal District Judges are
hereby requested to circulate this request letter among the officers of the
unit and to forward the problems/grievance of the officers to the Association
which require attention of the above Business session and oblige.
